Daily Devotional for 4 April 2018 – Matthew 21:9

untitled

Dear brothers and sisters in faith,

God bless and may God guide you through this day.

Today I want to encourage you with the words from Matthew 21:9 (NIV):

9 The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”“Hosanna in the highest heaven!”

Let this crowd be an example for your own life. See how they knew and felt when Jesus came by that He was not just a man, but that He was really the Son of God. When something is really from God or is actually God, than you will feel it in your whole body! So if something happens and you feel that something isn’t right, than it is the Holy Spirit telling you to be cautios and that you should not let yourself be deceived. I know that if something is from God, than He will make sure that you not only get assurance from the Holy Spirit in your life, but God will also make sure that you get one or more confirmation. Stop making your own decisions based on your limited understanding, and trust fully on God!

And also take every moment to give praise to God, because He deserves more praise than we are able to give Him!
